I have wanted to try Dragon Twill in a larger gauge so that the motif would be more dramatic--this project fits the bill. I've also had great success recently with angora scarves and decided to try again for something larger and more dramatic, so here we are again! This is a heavier blanket than those I usually weave because of the thicker gauge yarn, so I made them a bit smaller. Angora is the warmest natural fiber on earth, so a little goes a long way. These throws have a beautiful halo and in keeping with their fuzziness I left the fringes long and loose.
